iGV FC Coins Order Full Process Details

  1. Web App Transfer Market is Unlocked
    You need to have the Transfer Market unlocked on your Web App account. If it’s not unlocked, the transaction cannot be processed.

  2. Minimum 2,000 Coins in Your Account
    Your account must have at least 2,000 coins available in order to complete the purchase. This ensures that your account can accommodate the incoming delivery.

  3. Log Out of Your FC Account
    Make sure you are logged out of your FC account both on your console and in the Web App. This step is essential to prevent any complications during the delivery process.

Once you confirm these points, you are ready to proceed with the purchase.


Step 2: Select Platform, Coin Quantity, and Seller

The next step is to choose the platform, coin amount, and seller that suits your needs:

  1. Choose Your Platform
    On the iGVault FC Coins page, select the platform you are using—whether it’s PlayStation (PS), Xbox, or PC. Make sure the platform selected matches your account to ensure a smooth transaction.

  2. Select the Desired Coin Quantity
    Choose the amount of FC Coins you want to purchase. You can typically select different quantities depending on your needs. Double-check the quantity to make sure you’re purchasing the correct amount.

  3. Pick a Trusted Seller
    Next, you will need to choose a seller. It’s highly recommended to select a seller who has fast delivery times and high ratings from previous buyers. This helps ensure you receive your coins promptly and without issues. Once you’ve found the right seller, click the "Buy Now" button to proceed.


Step 3: Access Your Order Center

Once your payment has been completed, the next step is to access the Order Center:

  1. Automatic Redirection
    After confirming your payment, you will be automatically redirected to the Order Center. This page will provide you with all the details related to your order and allow you to proceed with the delivery information.

  2. Click on "Fill Delivery Information"
    In the Order Center, you will see a button labeled "Fill in the Delivery Information". Click this button to enter the necessary information for your account delivery.


Step 4: Submit Delivery Information

You will now need to provide specific details so the seller can deliver the FC Coins to your account:

  1. Enter Your EA Account Details
    You must provide your EA Origin Email, EA Origin Password, and 3 Backup Codes. These are necessary for the seller to access your account securely and complete the delivery process.

  2. Ensure Accuracy of Information
    Double-check the information you enter to make sure it's accurate. Incorrect details can delay the process or result in the delivery not being completed successfully. Make sure the EA account information matches the account you want the coins delivered to.


Step 5: Seller Verification of Information

After you submit your delivery details, the seller will verify the information you provided:

    The seller will check the accuracy of your EA account details to ensure everything is correct before proceeding with the delivery.

  2. Do Not Log Into Your FC Account
    While the seller is processing your order, do not log into your FC account. Logging in during the delivery process can cause disruptions and prevent the coins from being delivered properly.

  3. Issue Notification
    If there are any issues with the delivery process (e.g., incorrect information or an issue with your account), your order will be marked as abnormal. You will receive an email notification with instructions on how to resolve the issue. You can also update your delivery information directly in the Order Center by clicking the "Edit Delivery Information" button.


Step 6: Delivery and Confirmation

Once the delivery is completed, you’ll need to confirm that everything has gone smoothly:

  1. Delivery Completion Notification
    After the seller has completed the delivery, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the FC Coins have been successfully delivered to your account.

  2. Log Into Your FC Account to Confirm
    After receiving the confirmation email, log into your FC account to ensure the coins have been added to your account balance. Once confirmed, it’s highly recommended that you change your account password immediately for security purposes.
