In order to help you better manage user reviews and improve store reputation, we have launched a new review function. Here are the details:
1. Centralized view of all user reviews
All user reviews (except automatic reviews) will be centralized in the seller's backend - [User Reviews, which is convenient for you to check, track and manage.
2. New review reply function
You can reply to each user review through the “Reply” button on the right side of each review, and each review can be replied only once
3. Review and reply display location
All the reviews and replies you received will be displayed on the home page of your store and the bottom of all your product pages
4. Pin to Top function (limited to some sellers)
Sellers with a high deposit can now manually display some of their high quality reviews on the home page of their store to enhance their store's reputation.
- This function is currently being ened gradually, if you do not see the entrance, please wait for the subsequent notice.
5. Contacting buyers to adjust reviews
If you have objections to the content of the review(such as misunderstanding or confusion with other orders), you can communicate directly with the buyer through the dialog button on the right side of the buyer's name in the review and negotiate for modifications.
