1. Log in to your EA Account:

2. Access the Security and privacy Settings, verify your identity in Two-factor authentication (previously Login Verification)
3. Get the verification code in your EA Email Address and verify.
4. Enter Two-factor authentication and view backup codes:
5. Save any 3 of Backup Codes:
- Note that the backup code shown in gray indicates that it has been used, please only record the black ones.
6. Generate New Backup Codes (if necessary):
- If you've used some or all of your backup codes, you can generate new ones by clicking on "Create New Codes".
